Fiddler's Creek is a master planned community of nearly 4,000 acres that is still in its early phase. There are more than a couple dozen neighborhoods started, but by 2020 there are expected to be 100. Two-thirds of the land will be kept in its natural state. Currently the neighborhoods include upscale condominiums, villas and custom estate homes. A major attraction is the 18-hole Arthur Hills-designed private course. More golf will be added as the community grows.
