Villa Del Mare on Marco Island is a waterfront complex with magnificent views of Smokehouse Bay. There is a quick access to the Marco River. Built in 1999, the building has three floors with a total of twenty units. The complex is in excellent condition and has recently replaced the boat docks and seawall. It is a short walk to the Esplanade and shopping. Pets must be approved. The minimum rental time is thirty days.
